A Board of Directors oversees the U.S. Hemp Authority® under published bylaws. A multi-stakeholder Technical Committee maintains the Standard.
Board of Directors
Board seats represent law enforcement, retail, hemp farming, industry trade organizations and at-large members, so the program is governed by more than the companies it certifies.

The Technical Committee maintains and revises the U.S. Hemp Authority® Standard. Members come from every part of the supply chain, along with independent laboratory, food-safety, legal and consumer-advocacy experts.
